A colourful geographical map covering covering all of Oman and the United Arab Emirates at 1:1 250 000. A small part of western Saudi Arabia and Yemen are also covered. Elevation tinting and spot heights show the topography. Road detail is good including many minor tracks, intermediate road distances are also shown in kilometres on the bigger roads. Various places of interest are marked out including airports, administrative boundaries, world heritage sites, forts, museums, famous mosques, oases, beaches, diving spots and oil and gas production sites. Most place names are written in arabic and roman script, the index is all in roman script. The legend is in 5 languages including Englishand Arabic.
